K3V63

We carry the K3V63 and the K3V112 pumps.

These pumps provide several unique characteristics designed to make them lighter and more compact. They carry a higher-pressure rating and high-power density. The double pump, with its tandem design, has allowed the power divider to be eliminated, which increased overall transmission efficiency and made the unit lighter.

These units have a very high efficiency rating and capability for large self-priming. With the introduction of the hydraulic balance improvement and new valve plate, the pump is able to provide a more stable cylinder rotation, which gives the unit higher efficacy even at low-speed and low-pressure ranges. Using main bearings of large capacity units and piston-return apparatus that offsets the wear on the shoe, these units can have a longer life cycle.

Using an optimized design on the valve plate and increasing the casing rigidity has helped the new models produce much lower noise than their predecessors. The pumps have several different options of control settings, allowing them to respond to hydraulic, mechanical, or electric input.

The K3V63 and the K3V112 are designed for use in the following applications:

  • Cranes

  • Wheel Loaders

  • Concrete Pumps

  • Excavators

  • Crushers

  • Pile Drivers

Bringing high functionality together with an affordable build, these Kawasaki hydraulic pumps offer ease of use, straight forward installation, high pressure ratings, and high-power density. With the inclusion of the new swash plate designs, the functionality and efficiency have been increased significantly. When it comes time for repairs on these models, parts availability through CN Hydraulic Parts LLC will help keep your overhead down and provide the customer service experience you’ve come to expect from us.
